And who knows? Maybe she will call? And, although Sister O'Reilly states that indeed Republic of Ireland authorities signed-up to United Nations and European Union laws relating to persons under medical prescription taking holidays (or respite breaks), she decrees that these international accords do not apply to the piece of Irish scum known as Noel McCullagh.

This, despite the fact her Ireland signed-up to these international accords in February 2005 and April 2002 respectively, long before the prescription medical-treatment of that piece of unwanted, Irish-scum McCullagh commenced.

Sister Mary, at the headquarters of the anti-Noel McCullagh division of Dr O'Reilly's department of health and children (known as 'the Irish social-inclusion force') says she is going on a well-earned holiday herself this very week (probably some kind of witches convention next Monday by all probability?).
If you listen carefully, she explains that the person (Mr Moloney) who signed the international accord with the UN doesn't work at The Force any more. And minister of justice equality and law reform, Mr O'Donohue T.D. (who signed the accord on Police and Judicial cooperation in the EU on 28 Feb 2002) well, he "isn't the minister any more", the Irish sister explains.

So: what do you think? Shall be able to use the voting card in this week's presidential elections after all? Be with my parents at Christmastime? The Irish sister said she doesn't need to see anything relating to the medical treatment because it doesn't make any difference. Noel McCullagh is --and will always be-- unwelcome in the Republic of Ireland.

The best thing that he can do for his country, is to kill himself. It's hard work and takes up a lot of departmental time, keeping him out of the country not to mention the requirement to remain vigilant at all times against any potential avenues of appeal he may be planning -- so that we can use departmental resources to pull strings to scupper his attempts -- whatever they may be.
In these times of financial austerity, the Irish Social-Inclusion force are feeling the pain too.
And yet, despite this well-known fact, McCullagh simply continues with his futile attempts to make a holiday to Ireland, using-up and wasting much financial-resources at departmental level -- who are required to take on new staff, increase budgets and establish a Task Force to repel McCullagh's attempts to gain a respite break with his family in Galway.

Why doesn't he just get it through his thick, culchie head: Ireland needs him dead!

The sovereign-Irish taxpayer cannot realistically be expected to continue to foot the enormous bills and costs that McCullagh is devouring with his non-stop, constant questioning, appeals, requests, emails and letters of Protest to various government departments in this country (and to the European Union institutions too!) seeking clemency for the serious crime of being diagnosed with a neurological illness whilst working on-contract elsewhere in the European Union, and then following the medical advice of the physicians treating his (serious) condition.

Who the fuck does he think he is???

The government in Dublin threw the book at me, disallowing entry during the three-week election campaigning period and later sending me a FINE letter in the post for thousands of euros because the "Declarations of Financial Donations" forms were not returned by my relative in Ireland, to whom they were sent and where I was impeded from attending due to the obstrufication tactics of your Irish colleagues in government (which have since rotated/changed) and in the government department in your country there (which have not changed).

Not for the last government, and not for this one neither.

Some of them are retired now, those who wrote to me informing me constantly "no, that's not my offices responsibility, you need to write a letter to this person in that department".

Five years of that.

No decisions.

Just "no room at the inn".

Deze BBC blunder vind ik niet allen beledigend maar ook heel erg idioot. - Pas vorige week is er ook op die B-lander zender op 1 nov. een uitzending van Inside-Out en die ook vrijwel geen enkel punt of waerheid van de Nederlandse patienten regelingen (dus binnen de Wet) aan de kijker overgebracht. Bijna alles wat in die uitzending kwam betrok de onderwereld handel in wiet, met een stelletje Engelse-patienten die voor deed alsof wat er van de Amsterdamse coffeeshops te kopen is ook "medicijn" is. Alsof het ooit mogelijk zou zijn een door de Hooftinspecteur van Geneesmiddelen, Inspectie voor de Gezondheidszorg IGZ in 's-Gravenhage, benodigde EG-Medische Verklaring dokument te verkrijgen, als de aanvraag gaat over "spul" die van een coffeeshop? Waar dan ook aangeschaaft is dat maar troep als het over medicijnen wordt gesproken, want dat is het zeker niet! Onbekende 'spul' van zulke ondergrondse oorsprong, heeft niet eens BTW :- hoe spreekt men dan over "een produkt", in de zin van de EG-breed bescherming voor patienten die "voorgeschreven medische produkten" met zich moeten meenemen tijdens een reis. En, vergeet niet, een korte reis: de desbetreffende EG-dokumenten is voor maar 30 dagen geldig. Vrij verkeer van de mens, heet dat. Niet google-eye Brits drugs tourism naar de zijstraaten van de Jordaan. Ik denk de presentator ook Mark Jordan heet, wat beter "Darth Jordan" kan in mijn mening: ... zieke mensen aanmoedige tot het doen van een crimineel strafbaar feit? WAT voor mens is dit? In mijn boek is dat zeker niet menselijk! Zeer nalatig: res ipsa loquitur. - Ongeloofelijk maar waar, de BBC liet ook een uiting van een arts in z'n Ex-patrick medische kliniek in de uitzending gaan, waarin een arts meent (en onterecht) dat Britse drugs-tourisme ook door de EG beschermt wordt. Niet allen is dit een heel erg schadelijk iets te zeggen, maar bovendien, zoiets beslissen is echter de taak van een deskundige op dat gebied (iemand die jarenlang ervaring heeft opgelopen, bijvoorbeeld) of een advocaat. Een huisarts voor touristen in de Amsterdamse Jordaan bij Anne Frankhuis is geen advocaat noch wets deskundig. Zeker met zo'n foute verklaring, dewelke in de VK als 'crimineel' zou kunnen worden voorgelegd. M'ja... ik vraag me af of er eens in 's-Gravenhage een loket die hierover zich bemoeit: gaat tjoch allemal over die viese fucking buitenlanders. Nederlandse patient en inwoner 15 jaar en volledige door de weten beschermd krijgt van de Heeren in 's-Gravenhage al vier jaar geen gehoor, waarom zou een groep activisten die deze decennia-lang bestanen rechten van binnense naar buitense doen draaien dan wel wat gehoor krijgen? - it's a strange place ... the olde woodhaven... you see all kind of stuff.. in the distance (on the northern banks of the River IJ) are the TV network studios ... judging by what I see before me, I gather they're planning to construct something on these banks too. Although, being the Old Wood-Haven, I wouldn't be surprised if that structure is supposed to be an artistic impression of the financial collapse (or a victim of it). ~):(~

At one point, it was as though a wave had came over those few of us gathered there - those of us who had managed to make our way to the very end of the Wood-Haven Quay, past the Sea-Heroes' District and beyond. And, as the wave gently came across our position... we all somewhat stopped to photograph and somewhat all sparked into spontaneous conversation with one another. - - - It was very nice ... and as the ‘Stad Amsterdam’ gracefully continued on her course through the straits between the NDSM Docks and the historic Wood-Haven Quay, we all agreed with one another that it was indeed the finest of sights one could be treated to on such a fine and sunny day. - - - And then, as though without any notice, we suddenly all realised that the vessel had glided its way along the River IJ, without as much as a sound, and was then almost adjacent to where we were all positioned, ready-and-waiting. - One said, "Oh, I'd better get a shot of that!" ... and with that, everyone gracefully descended into filming and photographing silence as the vessel made its approach. - - - Then suddenly, from behind my position I heard a Native cry out: "There, there he is, there: look! Up front, standing atop the deck, look!", as she indicated with her outstretched arm ..... and the cameras just kept on rolling. - Yesir, the cameras kept rollin' alright ..... rollin': even rollin' like a River... - http://bit.ly/99fyKv ~ It was really great guys'n gals! - IT was a summer day - out in the countryside ....
